Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winmy6 platform, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the winmy6 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and winmy6 as the platform operator. Accepting these terms is a mandatory condition for registration and continued use of our services.

Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of winmy6 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. winmy6 permits only one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the winmy6 platform. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately, and any remaining credit balance may be forfeited at winmy6's discretion.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. winmy6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

- A valid, active email address
- Registered Malaysian mobile number
- Aged 18 and above (verification required)
- Only one account permitted per individual
- Valid Malaysian bank details for transactions
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a winmy6 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the winmy6 platform:

- Collusion or secret arrangements between users
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in bad faith
User Responsibilities

- Play within your personal financial means
- Respect other users on the platform
Winmy6 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the winmy6 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). winmy6 does not accept foreign currencies as a direct payment method. Any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Winmy6 offers a range of secure payment methods for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers and recognised digital wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which can be reviewed on the payments page within your account.
Withdrawal processing typically takes between 1 and 3 business days. winmy6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Should any discrepancy arise, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in their respective promotion terms. winmy6 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unfair or prohibited means.

The winmy6 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions at all times. That said, we strive to maintain high uptime and will notify users of any scheduled maintenance.
Account Suspension & Closure
Winmy6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if:
- A breach of any of these terms and conditions has occurred
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- User provided false information during registration
- The account is involved in collusion or fraudulent activity
- User found to be under 18 years of age

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the winmy6 platform are the exclusive property of winmy6 or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winmy6.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The winmy6 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. winmy6 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Winmy6 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
